A number of hotels of various categories at reduced rates are available for participants of ODR 2012.

All hotels are located within reasonable distance from the Malostransky Palace (see the MAP HERE)

All rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast and 14 % VAT.

Should VAT change before the beginning of the event, Guarant will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new rate.

*Travelling time to the venue:

Zone 1 – up to 5 minutes
Zone 2 – from 5 to 10 minutes
Zone 3 – from 10 to 15 minutes

Please note that price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees.

How to make a hotel reservation

Contact information of each hotel is included in the hotel description (see the list of hotels). For your reservation contact the hotel either by email or by phone and clearly state the name of the event ODR 2012 otherwise the conditions stated at this page cannot be guaranteed.

Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. Due to heavy demand and the fact that distribution of rooms in many hotels is limited, please book your accommodation as soon as possible as reservation made after June 01, 2012 is subject to availability.

Extras are to be paid directly at the hotel reception before departure.

Reservation conditions

A one-night deposit is required to guarantee the reservation. The remaining amount has to be paid upon check-in/out. Hotel may ask you for your credit card details as a reservation guarantee.

Full pre-payment is required to guarantee non-refundable reservations.

The deposit must be paid by June 01, 2012 otherwise the reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation conditions

The following cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of a hotel reservation:

In case of a no show, the room will be kept for the guest until 12 noon of the day following the date of expected arrival; then the room will be released.
